1. General terms

This document is an English informational translation of the public offer for a remote digital service: paid access to additional GameBuro features for the selected term. The Russian version at /offer/ governs in case of discrepancies. Service website: https://gameburo.com/.

Paying for the selected subscription constitutes acceptance of the offer. A GameBuro account is required for subscription activation.

2. What is purchased

Users may purchase Pro or Premium. A subscription affects Steam-request priority, data-cache duration and other benefits stated for the selected plan on the subscription page. GameBuro's main pages and generators remain available without a mandatory paid subscription.

3. Price and payment

The price is determined by the selected plan and term and is displayed before payment. Payment is cashless via a payment method available on the website or another agreed method.

GameBuro does not receive or store full bank-card details. Payment details are entered on the payment provider's side. The subscription does not renew automatically unless an auto-renewal feature is separately offered and the user expressly agrees to it.

4. Service delivery

The service is delivered remotely; there is no physical delivery. After payment confirmation, the subscription is activated on the GameBuro account automatically or, where payment requires verification, manually. The subscription term starts when it is activated.

If a paid subscription was not activated, contact us using the details below so the payment can be checked.

5. Technical limitations

GameBuro depends on its own server and on Steam Web API, payment, mail and other third-party services. Short technical interruptions, maintenance or third-party API limitations do not by themselves terminate the agreement where the core paid service remains available.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Users may request cancellation and a refund using the contact address below. Refunds are handled under applicable Russian law, taking into account the part of the service already supplied and documented expenses where the law permits this.

To locate the payment we may ask for a GameBuro account identifier, payment date, amount and payment method. Do not send full card details, CVV/CVC codes or passwords.

7. Liability

The parties are liable under the laws of the Russian Federation. The provider is not liable where service cannot be supplied due to the user's actions or force-majeure circumstances.

8. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy. Full bank-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not passed to GameBuro.

9. Changes

The current version is published on this page. Changes apply to new purchases from the publication date. Terms of an already-paid subscription period are not retroactively worsened merely by publishing a new revision.

11. Governing law

The relationship is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. The Russian text of the public offer prevails over this translation.
