The license of the established form is issued by the GABDD — the Gaben Inspectorate of Gaming Traffic Safety — on the basis of public Steam profile data: driving record, vehicle fleet, total mileage and operating patterns. Access categories are granted by actual hours logged in a genre; a category is revoked when a vehicle is found abandoned right after its test drive. Penalty points are issued for storing machinery without a single launch and for exceeding the match speed limit. The Inspectorate is unrelated to any real traffic authority, to Valve and, strictly speaking, to authorities in general. All data is processed in your browser and never leaves it.
